Frank McCown has been licensed by the State of Texas to practice law since 1951.

    Mr. McCown is a former United States Attorney for the Northern District of Texas. As U.S. Attorney, he was responsible for all of the legal matters, both criminal and civil, involving the United States Government in the Northern District of Texas. Prior to becoming the U.S. Attorney, he was an Assistant United States Attorney and Chief of the Criminal Section. Mr. McCown is also the Former District Attorney of the 69th Judicial District of Texas.

    Frank McCown graduated cum laude from the Baylor University School of Law in 1951 and is a Former National Bank Director.

    Frank McCown is not certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in any area of law.
